Partners

For MSPs who want to replace something, not add another agent to the queue.

Curtainwall’s partner programme is for managed-service shops and resellers who already carry the patch-and-triage burden and want to hand it off. Send the shape of your book — endpoints under management, geographies, the EDR and identity you currently run — and partnerships will write back from the same address.

How the programme runs

One programme, three forces: deployment shape, billing cadence, escalation routing.

The details we’ve negotiated with the partners we already have. None of them are negotiable into something cheaper — they’re the shape that keeps the maths honest.

Deployment shape
White-label or co-managed.
Run the agent behind your own mark for clients you've already won; or run it as a co-managed engagement with our SOC on the back end. Either path uses the same fleet, the same audit log, and the same escalation queue — there is no separate partner SKU.
Billing cadence
Per-endpoint, billed through your invoice.
Flat subscription, no per-incident surge, no per-seat surprises. We bill you monthly on endpoints under management; you bill your client on whatever terms you already use. The maths you quote stays the maths we invoice.
Escalation routing
Your techs stay in the loop.
Incidents route to a named queue with the partner flagged on the audit-log row. If you hold the escalation SLA we hand off to you; if we hold it, your techs see every step in real time. Either way the partner sees the same audit trail the client sees.
Replace, don’t stack.
Curtainwall is meant to take over the patch-and-triage queue you currently run — or pay someone to run. The engagement is healthier when something becomes redundant, not when another agent is added to a list your techs already can’t keep up with.
  • Existing EDR + identity— we integrate. We don’t ask you to rip them out before we start, but we do ask which you’re willing to retire within the first six months.
  • Existing RMM— ours reads from it, we don’t replace it. Your techs keep their tools; the audit log inherits the handoffs.
Apply to the programme

Six fields. We read every submission by hand.

The fields below let partnerships pre-qualify without a back-and-forth on fundamentals. Real conversation starts the moment we write back.

  • What we ask for— endpoints under management, geographies we’ll be operating in, and the EDR / identity vendors you currently run. Anything optional is marked as such.
  • What you get back — a real person from partnerships, usually within one business day, answering fromcurtainwall@polsia.app.
  • Confidential by default— we don’t share your submission outside the partnerships lane, and your end-customer identity stays yours.
Intake form

Tell us about your book.

Submitted entries land in the same contact store as the main contact form, tagged for partnerships.

This page is for prospective partners, not active incidents.

If you’re an existing partner with a live escalation, use the in-app Escalatebutton or the dashboard’s escalation queue — those handoffs go to a named technician under the 15-minute SLA. This page is for everything else: scoping a new client engagement, replacing an incumbent EDR, and follow-up questions from partners whose book we already run.
